Sheffield Family Get-Together – 4th October 2026

Families Come Together in Sheffield for a Special KSUK Gathering

On Saturday 4th October, families from across the country came together in Sheffield for a heartwarming Kleefstra Syndrome UK regional gathering — a day filled with connection, laughter, learning, and plenty of smiles.

The event gave families a rare chance to meet in person, share their experiences, and celebrate the strong sense of community that makes KSUK so special. From little ones meeting new friends to parents sharing stories and advice, the day captured what KSUK is all about — togetherness, understanding, and support.

Alongside plenty of chatting (and tea and cake, of course!), families enjoyed a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere, with time to connect, exchange information, and build new friendships. It was a wonderful reminder that none of us are alone on this journey.

We’re so grateful to everyone who came along, helped organise, and contributed to making the day such a success. A huge thank you also to the volunteers and venue staff who supported the event.

Below are some of our favourite moments from the day — a true celebration of the amazing KS community.

We’re already looking forward to the next get-together and can’t wait to welcome even more KS families next time!

In the meantime, if you have any questions or suggestions, feel free to contact us at info@kleefstrasyndrome.org
