Our forthcoming AGM will take place on Sunday 23rd July 2023 at 8pm (BST) via Zoom and our members are invited to attend.

At the meeting, which is expected to last about an hour, we’ll discuss our charity’s actions and achievements over the past year and will include a proposal to become a Charitable Incorporated Organisation (CIO) and register with the UK’s Charity Commission. The trustees have reviewed our constitution and propose to move to the Charity Commission’s foundation model which best fits our purpose. The meeting will include a members vote on the new constitution, along with voting in our trustees and the committee.
