Tools and tips to support your resilience; the session will cover five areas where parents can develop their own resilience for the journey ahead.

Charlie Beswick is mum to 17-year-old twins, Oliver and Harry. She is the author of best-selling book Our Altered Life, a brutally honest account of how she came to terms with a life she never expected. Charlie is the founder of More Than a Face charity and has spoken with over 6000 students to educate them on visible difference including behaviours typically associated with autism. She is also a teacher with over 17 years’ experience in both primary and secondary schools. She is also an award-winning blogger and her family’s story has featured internationally on Sky TV and national press.
