Join Kleefstrasyndrome.org for the next in our “It Takes a Village” series for a virtual resilience and well-being program for carers, delivered by holistic well-being coach Terry Doyle.

The session will provide an introduction to meditation, mindfulness and ways to look after your mental health, taking into account your caring responsibility. We can explore various ways of holistically helping to build our resilience to stress whilst at the same time connecting to something that is bigger than us as individuals. We will more specifically be looking at using meditation to help us to stay more centred and loving in all of our interactions with family, friends and beyond.
